Thank GOD!
Today I went to the mall with the bird, and jacme, and it was absolutely killing me to watch them gnosh on some crepes and succulent tacos as I slugged back my ON Whey and peanut butter shake. Actually it irked me a lot, and I was getting mad hungry.
But good news, this today marks the 1st of my weekly 1 cheat meal.
So after 2 weeks of solid dieting, today I get my first cheat meal-which again will replenish glycogen stores and kick up my metabolism to keep it burning.
Tomorrow I up the cardio to 35 minutes per session.
